I'm planning to start my own small business in Dubai-United Arab Emirates; Iâm still preparing a study for it actually.
It would basically involve airbrush art painting on cars, motor-bikes and helmets.
I found out that I haven't got the artists yet!
I would probably need a highly creative artists who are into soccer (football) or sports in general, and street racing designs.
I heard that there are plenty of good artists in Russia, Australia, Brazil and US (No restrictions of course!).

Automotive airbrushers are out there, to be sure...but in your area? I really don't know. I guess the first thing I'd look for is there a store where you are, or near there that caters more towards airbrush artists (rather than just artists in general, or people who do crafty type stuff)...I'd talk to them...see who they know.
Possibly advertise in an airbrush magazine that you get there?

How do I get started into mountain bike racing?

I am 14 years old and have ridden mtn for a while. I live in NJ and was looking to get into serious racing. How do I start?

I've been riding bikes since I was around your age and just started getting into racing this summer. I was surprised how easy it was to do.
Most races have pre-registration that gets you a discount and extra raffle prizes, plus pre-race info. The first race I did my family came to watch and I didn't really know anybody, but I ended up making a ton of friends from it. Most mountain bikers are pretty relaxed and are very helpful. At a few races I've even gotten free bike maintenance from people and other help.
Just make sure your bike is tuned up, you have water with you (bottles or backpack depending on the length of the race), and you have a helmet. Racing is a ton of fun even if you don't win.
