What helmet camera should I get for mountain biking?

I wear a 'standard' bike helmet, not a pro-tec style. Does anyone have any experience in buying/using a helmet cam for recreational purposes? Thanks in advance!

Yea one in the gopro range. They are quite expensive though.

I already have the bike, helmet, padded shorts, and the co2 kit to inflate a new tube.
haha ya i also know to bring water and a snack like a power bar.

If you have never been on the trial, a trail map.
If you have the room take a multi-tool.
