New Zealand Motorcycle Helmet Safety Standard?

I am looking to buy the Icon Variant (http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Detail.bok?no=8306). It says it meets the SAI AS1698 which is the Australian Standard, however.... I live in New Zealand and i cannot find anywhere on the internet what safety standard is required in New Zealand.

Please let me know which safety standard we follow, or how i can find out.

Now you mention it, I can't see any stickers or anything on any of my helmets, the newest of which was bought less than 2 years ago. Maybe go into a bike shop and see what the shop assistant can show you?

Renting helmets in NZ?

I will be in NZ for one week visiting my boyfriend. He owns a motorbike but not a second helmet. Anyone know of anywhere I can rent just a helmet for a week, rather than having to buy one? I have tried all the main motorbike rental places but they don't rent gear out unless you rent a bike too. Any tips?!
