Do any of you know where i can get really nice decorated Dirt bike helmets. What else dirt bike gear would i have to get i know i have to get gloves but what else do i have to get .

Epilepsy and dirt bike riding...?

I have epilepsy and i had it since i was about thirteen i've been off medications without a seizure for about 5 years but i recently had another one. I don't want to stop the things i love to do though. I've had my license suspended for 2 years now but one of my hobbies is dirt bike riding. I just got into it really but is there anyway i can make it safe enough for me to continue riding?

Every dirtbiker is going to fall whether they have a seizure or not.
ALWAYS ride with full riding gear - helmet, MX boots, Mx pants (most have hip & knee padding), gloves and a chest protector.
If you "recently" had a seizure, go back to your neurologist for a consult.
NEVER ride alone.
If you should ride alone, keep a cell phone with you (in a tool pack behind the seat, or behind the front # plate) and wear a MedicAlert Necklace or sports band.
